Terms of Service

Last updated: April 26, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ClaimRadar mobile application and related services (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

ClaimRadar is not a law firm. We provide tools that make it easier to discover and file claims. We do not give legal advice and we are not a party to any settlement.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident to use the Service. By using ClaimRadar you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@claimradar.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Pro features are sold via auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple App Store, Google Play or RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated price until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your platform's subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are issued for unused time except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Claims and submissions

ClaimRadar provides a starting point for filing class action claims. You are ultimately responsible for the truthfulness of any submission made through or with the help of the Service. Submitting false claims may be a federal crime.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including the ClaimRadar name, logo, software and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any specific settlement will pay out, that estimated payouts will match actual payouts, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimRadar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the Settings screen.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the app and on this page. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
