Filing Disclaimer
What ClaimRadar does
ClaimRadar aggregates publicly available information about active US class action settlements, helps you discover settlements you may be eligible for, and pre-fills standard claim forms based on information you provide.
What ClaimRadar does not do
- We do not file claims with settlement administrators on your behalf.
- We do not guarantee that any claim will be approved or paid out.
- We do not guarantee a specific dollar amount. Estimated payouts shown in the app are based on publicly stated maximums and historical data — actual payouts depend on the number of valid claimants and the settlement's allocation formula.
- We do not provide legal advice. If you need legal counsel, consult a licensed attorney.
Your responsibility
Every class action claim form requires you to attest, often under penalty of perjury, that the information you submit is true and correct. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit through forms generated by ClaimRadar. Knowingly submitting a false claim can be a federal crime.
No guarantee of inclusion
We strive to keep the catalog of active settlements complete and accurate, but new settlements open and existing ones close every week. ClaimRadar cannot guarantee that every settlement you might qualify for will be listed or that all listed settlements remain accepting claims.
Settlement administrators
All claims must ultimately be submitted to the official settlement administrator listed for that settlement. Filing through the official administrator is always free. ClaimRadar charges only for the convenience of discovering, organizing and pre-filling these claims via our app.
Questions
