Getting started
What does ClaimRadar do?
ClaimRadar tracks every active US class action settlement. We help you discover settlements you may be eligible for, estimate the payout, and pre-fill the claim form so you can submit it in minutes instead of hours.
Do I need to sign up?
You can browse all active settlements as a guest. Sign in with Google when you're ready to save claims, scan a statement, or sync your wallet across devices.
Is it free?
The catalog is free to browse and your first statement scan is on us. Unlocking the full match list, generating PDF claim forms and running additional scans are part of the Pro subscription.
Statement scanning
What kind of file should I upload?
A PDF export of your bank or credit card statement works best. Most banks let you download statements as PDF from the activity / statements section.
How long does scanning take?
Most statements finish in under a minute. We'll send a push notification when your scan is ready, so you can close the app while it runs.
Is my statement data safe?
Yes. Statements are uploaded to a private Firebase Storage bucket, parsed automatically by our matching service, and the original file is deleted within 30 days. We never share your statement data and a human never reads it.
Filing claims
Can ClaimRadar file claims for me?
ClaimRadar generates a fully filled-in PDF claim form, but you are the one who submits it to the settlement administrator. This keeps you in full control and complies with the requirement that you personally attest to the claim's truthfulness.
Why does the form ask me to sign?
Almost every class action claim must be signed under penalty of perjury. Your on-screen signature is embedded into the PDF so the form is ready to submit as-is.
Why didn't my claim pay out?
Settlement payouts depend on the administrator's review and the total number of valid claimants. Some settlements pay out months or years after the deadline. ClaimRadar can't guarantee a payout, but we'll never charge you per claim.
Subscriptions
How do I cancel Pro?
Open the Settings screen → Manage subscription. You'll be taken to your platform's subscription management screen where you can cancel any time.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled by the platform that processed your purchase (Apple App Store or Google Play). Their refund policies apply.
