Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 26, 2026

ClaimRadar (“ClaimRadar,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is a mobile application that helps consumers discover and file claims for active US class action settlements. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The short version: we only collect what we need to deliver the service, we never sell your data, and uploaded statements are processed automatically and never reviewed by a human.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Account information

When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. You can also use the app as a guest, in which case no account information is collected.

1.2 Statement scans

When you upload a bank or credit card statement, the file is stored in our Firebase Storage bucket and processed by our matching service. Once parsing completes, the original file is retained for diagnostic purposes for up to 30 days and then deleted. The extracted transaction data (merchant, date, amount) is stored in your private user document and is only readable by you.

1.3 Usage and device data

We collect basic operational telemetry — app version, device platform, crash reports, and the unique Firebase Cloud Messaging token used to deliver push notifications.

1.4 Subscription data

Subscriptions are processed by Apple, Google or RevenueCat. We never receive or store your payment card information. We do receive your subscription status (active / inactive) so we can unlock Pro features.

2. How we use information

3. How we share information

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the service providers that help us run the product:

4. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Statement files are deleted within 30 days of upload. Extracted transaction data and claim history are retained until you delete them or close your account.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your account data at any time from the Settings screen. Residents of California, the EU and other jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws may also request a copy of their data or its deletion by emailing privacy@claimradar.app.

6. Children

ClaimRadar is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EU) and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the app and on this page. Your continued use of ClaimRadar after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
